There are going to have to be a heck of a lot of changes made in the mindset of our politicians and a lot of our population as well to achieve some of the ideas you have presented here, Guy.  There also needs to be another idea that will have to become front and centre if we are to achieve some of these dreams.  In one paragraph you made the following statement:  "Yes, she said – for herself, her husband, their three teenage boys, and their tenants in their two-storey converted garage."  I foresee that the future will encourage parents to have only one child.
